PETS
Not more than two little pets can be taken into the cabin on our MD 82 planes, if they are in a suitable pet carrier (max. measurements 45 x 30 x 25 cm) and whose weight is not more than 10 kg. A charge of 15,00 EUR per flight will be made. Only one pet that weighs more than 10 kg can be taken on our MD 82 planes. It will be transported in the hold and it has to be in a suitable pet carrier (max. measurements 60 x 90 x 60 cm). A charge of 26,00 EUR per flight will be made.

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS
Minors can travel alone without any problems. Entrust your child to our ground staff. Our assistants will accompany her/him on board, where our flight attendants will look after her/him, until a relative comes to collect her/him. Please do not forget to ask for the service when booking, since not more than five unaccompanied minors can travel on the same flight. A charge of 50 EUR per flight will be made.

PASSENGERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Of course we have a great consideration of persons in need of help. We take care of all different needs of these passengers, to make them manage the flight with serenity. If you require wheelchairs or accompanies, please ask for the service when booking. All services for persons in need of help are completely free.
